Why We Built RescueMesh
It started with a simple realization:
In the most beautiful parts of the world — remote, snowy, breathtaking slopes — you’re also the most disconnected.
We saw friends get separated on the mountain. We heard stories of delayed rescues. And we knew there had to be a smarter way to stay connected.
That’s why we built RescueMesh — a mesh-network-powered ski rescue app that works even when your phone has no bars.
The Technology Behind It
RescueMesh creates a peer-to-peer network using Bluetooth and Wi-Fi Direct, allowing nearby skiers and rescue teams to stay connected without relying on mobile networks.
Every user becomes a node in a living, breathing rescue mesh, ensuring coverage across the slopes.
